Hey Guys,Been awhile…things have balanced out a bit around here. Always lots going on, sometimes is can be tough to get what needs to be done out and what should be done….save that for another day.
A few updates working on my new website, which if things stay on schedule will be live later this week, can’t wait to share it with you all.
Thought I’d share some Tamara from Monday with you, we where out shooting for Corey J. Stones new website (a make up artist I have been working with for almost 7years now) as well on some stuff for the awesome & fun Josee Martel’s portfolio ~ Josee is an up & coming stylist, her work has been seen in music videos, the NAC to Lady Gaga.
Call them if you need make up to help with clothing for that next fun thing in live.
I am gonna try and stay at this a little more often, can be tough to stay at it.
Make sure to check out all the Bell Media new promo ( TSN, CTV, Majic 100, Bob FM & CFRA) watch for my photos on the Buses, Billboards, magazine to newspapers and more. Was a great project we got to work on this spring.
More soon. Here is the beautiful Tamara one of my most fun shoots in awhile and just a natural beauty.
I get asked a lot on workflow, how do I…, posing and more. So the tip of the day DO YOU RESEARCH. Looking into what is selling, what you want out of the shoot and shoot your subject. Shoot how you would want someone to publish don’t shoot to fix it.
I shot Tamara with a Nikon D800 with a 70-200 f2.8. One 800ws Alien Bee with a 24×36 in softbox, a refelctor and a whole lot of natural light. But most important a team and we had the same end goals. I really try to go over everything with the model of what we want out of the shoot. That’s everything I used nothing else well maybe soemthign else but I gotta keep some secrets…for now.
Processed with Lighroom 5, CS6 & DxO.
Cheers & talk soon
